We are aware that possible lockdowns could result in building closures and quarantines that cause interruptions to your business. We know it is important to keep disruptions to your business flow at a minimum and at the same time do as much as you can to ensure the health of your employees. Having the flexibility to work remotely could be essential during this time.
Our team of engineers is available for remote support not only in Thailand but anywhere in the world should your company policies allow and your network be set up for remote support. We can offer support to companies who are not currently on support contracts via ad hoc hours.

Should the Compass Office be closed due to the virus, we will still be able to offer our support services, as we are not dependent on our office to serve you. As always, we will be available by phone or email during our usual business hours.
